1 lb hamburger
1 can crème of chicken soup
1 cup long grain rice
1 cup water
1 medium onion
Mushrooms, Peas and Carrots to taste
Salt and pepper (and any other spices: eg cayenne pepper) to taste
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Fry onions and hamburger until cooked.
Add remaining ingredients.
Transfer to 2 qt casserole dish.
Cover and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Eat and enjoy!!!
