Witchdoctor's Billet Specialties is located in Warren Ohio which is about one hours drive SE of Cleveland Ohio. We offer the Victory enthusiast a complete outlet to create their bike the way they want it. Many of our products allow you to add your personal touch such as custom engraving, anodizing, powder coat or paint. While most companies charge hundreds or thousands of dollars to make you a custom part, we pride ourselves on doing it at a very low cost and even sometimes at no extra charge at all!! MAKING YOU A CUSTOM ONE OFF PART IS OUR SPECIALTY.

Machining:

Almost all of our parts are made on state of the art CNC machining centers which guarantees high quality parts at a lower cost. This assures you that you get the same high quality part over and over at a lower cost than the competition. All parts are 100% made in the USA – no exceptions!

We use only top grade aluminum, stainless and chromemoly steel in all our products. We also offer custom machine work. Our "Design Your Own" program offers a custom builder the option to truely customize their bike or products. If you are a designer and use CAD we can import almost any file you might have.

Polishing & Chroming:

All of our chromed parts first go through an intense polishing process to remove all machining marks and imperfections.

The part is then cleaned in a hot cleaner/degreaser solution to remove all oils and contaminants. The fist step in our 3 step “Show Chrome” process is to submerge the part in a copper tank. Once the part is covered in copper it goes back to the polishing department to put a high luster on the copper. This helps to give the part a deeper, shinier finish. The next step is to submerge it in a nickel bath, this is what gives the part the silvery look. Lastly, the part is then put into the chrome tank which give it its shiny bluish finish that we all love. The 3 steps add to the cost and time involved in making a part but we will not settle for subpar products. Our plating process is unique to the plating industry. We go beyond any OEM plated part! In plating you get what you pay for. When you send us your parts you are guaranteed to get a custom 1st class job. All our chromed parts carry a 1 year guarantee from rusting or peeling! When you see our chrome all you can say is WOW!!
